The location of this apartment was ideal, with a short 12-minute walk to both the train station and the beach. We were also impressed with the close proximity to the Marina, allowing us to enjoy the waterfront activities. The room itself was lovely and clean, with a comfortable bed ensuring a good night's sleep. In addition, the 24-hour check-in option was perfect for our late flight arrival.
The confusion regarding the check-out time was a minor inconvenience that could have been avoided with better communication.

The apartment was perfect for me as a nature lover. The balcony provided amazing pool views and even glimpses of the sea. I loved the fully equipped kitchen, which allowed me to cook my own meals and enjoy them on the cozy dining area. The bed linen and towels were clean and fresh, ensuring a comfortable stay at Minerva701. Having a flat-screen TV with satellite channels was a nice touch for some relaxation in the evenings.
While some may enjoy it, personally, I didn't use the electric kettle in the apartment.
